About Childcare Services

We will be providing childcare services at the venue for the Japan Plant Biotechnology Society (Chiba) Conference. The usage fees have been set in a way that is convenient for everyone, with the difference being covered by the conference organizers.

Childcare Service Hours

September 11: 9:00 AM (30 minutes before the program starts) to 5:30 PM (30 minutes after the program ends)
September 12: 9:00 AM (30 minutes before the program starts) to 5:30 PM (30 minutes after the program ends)
September 13: 8:30 AM (30 minutes before the program starts) to 5:00 PM (30 minutes after the program ends)

Fees

Per child per day (Children aged 0 to 12)
Contribution: Morning only - 3000 yen, Afternoon only - 3000 yen, Full day - 5000 yen Morning only (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM), Afternoon only (12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM), Full day (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Application Guidelines

Please download the application form and submit one form per child. In the case of siblings, we kindly ask for multiple forms to be submitted. Please apply via email to the conference secretariat (Secretariat email: jspb40_office@ml.riken.jp). After reception, the designated person will respond to the application email address.

We will arrange an email meeting (including information about items to bring) until the day of the conference.
