Announcement of the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan

We are pleased to announce that the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan (PSJ) will be held on March 25-27, 2018 at Kobe International Conference Center in Kobe.

3. Registration for Participation and Oral Presentation

Please refer the following sections 4 through 7.

You have to fill in all the data in "Registration Form" first. After that, you may proceed to “Oral Presentation” via online submission system.

4. Payment (participants from overseas)

Participants who complete registration until January 15, 2018 will obtain early-bird rates. Although online registration is accepted until February 21, regular fees are applied to the registration made on and after January 16, 2018. Payment of all fees are accepted at on-site registration desk only in cash (Japanese yen).

5. Oral Presentation

Any PSJ member in good standing for 2017 membership may orally present a paper during the meeting. Registration instructions can be found below.

If you are not a current PSJ member but want to speak in oral presentation sessions, please complete membership registration for 2017 prior to registering this meeting. Application for membership can be made online:

6. Registration for Presentation

Send the abstract via online submission system until January 15 (Mon), 2018. After the deadline, applications for presentations will not be accepted. Please contact us if you do not receive the acceptance e-mail from the online system.

If you cannot use the online submission system, please send the electric file of the abstract attached to an e-mail to the address: ppsj2018_support@nacos.com by January 15.

7. Instruction for Abstract

The title and body of the abstract should be less than 130 and 900 characters INCLUDING space, respectively.
