We will check membership status in the later process, therefore people who are waiting approval from the IASPRR office can register and submit your abstract with a discount rate for the IASPRR member. We have time lag for this approval process since the IASPRR office needs to approve membership of those people manually.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds will be honored only if received in writing to, icspr2018_support@nacos.com on or before May 10, 2018.
A \8,000 processing fee will apply to all cancelled registrations.
There will be no refunds for requests received after the deadline. No-shows and onsite registrations are non-refundable.

VISA Information and Invitation Request:
Japan Entry VISA
Prior to requesting an invitation letter for Japan Entry VISA, your registration and payment should be completed.
Once you made your registration payment in full, please download and fill out a VISA Questionnaire form and a Schedule of Stay form from below and send them to the official travel agency (Nippon Travel Agency Co.,Ltd. Kyoto Shijo Branch) at icspr25@nta.co.jp..
Please note that while the letter will be an official invitation, applicants are responsible for making the application for a Japan entry VISA by the person to whom the invitation letter is addressed, and submit to the appropriate Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General directly. Invitation letter for your company/ Institution/ Organization:
If you need an invitation letter to submit to your institute, the letter form will be different from a VISA invitation letter.
Please request an official invitation (for institute) to the ICSPR25 secretariat at icspr2018_support@nacos.com.
The following information will be need:
- your full name
- your prefix
- your company/institution/organization name
- your title
- your abstract information (submission number, abstract title)
