Greetings
The 39th annual meeting of the Japanese Society for Plant Biotechnology will be held from September 11th to 13th, 2022 at Osaka Metropolitan University (OMU) in Sakai, Osaka.
It will be a hybrid meeting that allows either onsite or online participation. Basically, presenters will be asked to come to the venue (OMU). Those who have small children, need to nurse care for relatives, or live overseas can give the presentation online. Details will be provided by updating the information on the website as needed. Please note that we may switch it to an online-only meeting depending on the status of COVID-19.
An international symposium on genome editing will be held in Osaka City on September 10th, and a public symposium will be held at OMU on the morning of Sunday, September 11th.
All of us in the conference organizing committee look forward to seeing you at the meeting whether onsite or online.
