Type of participation (Hybrid)
For participation only
You can participate onsite or online.
* After Sep. 1st, only onsite registration during the Meeting (Sep. 11st to 13rd, 2022) at the venue (OMU Nakamozu campus) will be accepted. In this case, you will still receive your ID and PW to participate online.
For presenters
Onsite presentation is required. Online participation is available.
The online presentation is available for those who have small children or those who need to nurse care for relatives and are unable to come to the venue and those who live overseas.

About banquet
Considering the situation of COVID-19, we will announce on the banquet our website by mid-June whether the event will be held or not, as well as by e-mail to those who have registered for the meeting.
A brief reception with free soft drinks will be held at OMU Nakamozu campus on Sep. 12th (Mon.) after Society Award Lectures. Pre-registration is not required for reception.

* Those who register onsite can also browse the Web Abstracts and participate the meeting online.
* Undergraduate students, junior high and high school students, and their accompanying teachers who are not presenting will be admitted free of charge.
Abstracts
Web Abstracts will be distributed to participants as PDF files on the website.
The program booklet will be sent to those who registered by August 12th, 2022.
Free attendees can only browse the Web Abstracts.
* Web Abstracts will be available on the website from Sep. 9th to Sep. 22nd and text-based question-and-answer sessions will be available through the Web Abstracts.
Guideline for Participation and Presentation
For participation only (no abstract submission)
1. Please complete "User Registration" and "Attendance registration" through the online registration system.
2. Please confirm your "Attendance registration number" and your registration details by receiving an e-mail. The receipt of this e-mail will confirm the completion of your attendance registration.
For oral presentation (with abstract submission)
1. Please complete "User Registration" and "Attendance registration" through the online registration system.
2. Please confirm your "Attendance registration number" and your registration details by receiving an e-mail. The receipt of this e-mail will confirm the completion of your attendance registration.
3. Please continue to complete "Abstract submission".
4. Please confirm your "Abstract submission number" and your registration details by receiving an e-mail. The receipt of this e-mail will confirm that your abstract submission is complete.
Payment
Please pay the participation fee by credit card or Japan Post Bank by the deadline.
Please pay by credit card if possible.
Please note that we will not accept cancellation or refund requests for the participation fee after credit card payment or remittance to Japan Post Bank, so please be sure to confirm your registration well in advance.
Payment by credit card
Payment procedures can be completed in the continuation of the registration process. From the online registration system, you will be transferred to the credit card payment system screen of the payment agent (ZEUS CO., LTD), so please follow the procedures. Please do not change the contact e-mail address that is automatically displayed on the credit card payment screen. After the credit card transaction is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the subject "[ZEUS] Settlement Confirmation". Please contact ZEUS Customer Support (support@cardservice.co.jp) if you have any questions regarding the operation of the credit card settlement screen or settlement.
Payment by Japan Post Bank
When you transfer the registration fee, please write your name and the " Attendance registration number" shown in the registration receipt e-mail in the remarks column, etc.
Please note that remittance after the post office hours on the deadline date will not be accepted.
